Particularly Dangerous and Harmful for Dogs and Cats
Kebabs for Dogs
Kebabs should not be given to dogs, as they are prepared with spices, salt, and oil, which can harm their health. A large amount of spices and salt can lead to stomach upset, dehydration, and even poisoning. Fried meat high in fat can also cause pancreatitis—a dangerous inflammation of the pancreas.
Additionally, kebabs are often cooked on bones, which become brittle when cooked and can splinter, leading to a risk of injury to the dog's esophagus, stomach, or intestines. Such bones can cause severe injuries and even be fatal.
Kebabs for Cats
Kebabs are also dangerous for cats. They contain salt, spices, and oil, which can lead to digestive issues, dehydration, and intoxication. Cats have very sensitive digestive systems, and fried meat with seasonings can cause gastrointestinal disturbances, including vomiting and diarrhea.
Bones from kebabs also pose a serious threat to cats, as they can splinter and damage internal organs. Fatty meat can overload the liver and cause inflammation of the pancreas, which is extremely dangerous for cats.
Kebabs are strictly not recommended for dogs and cats. It is best to stick to specially prepared foods without additives that are suitable for pets' diets.
