1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the shunnukatun. am website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the services provided through it, which include access to information about the Shunn u Katun veterinary clinic (LLC Vetmir), the ability to schedule appointments online, submit requests via the feedback form, request a callback, as well as purchase services and digital products through the online store.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The use of the Website by any person (hereinafter referred to as the "User") implies full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The User must carefully read the terms of this Agreement before using the Website. If the User does not agree with any of the terms, they must immediately stop using the Website.
1.4. LLC Vetmir reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Website. The User is obliged to independently monitor changes to the Agreement and acknowledges that continued use of the Website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new version of the Agreement.

2. Services and Website Features
2.1. Veterinary Clinic Information: The Website provides users with access to general information about the Shunn u Katun veterinary clinic (LLC Vetmir), including a list of services offered by the clinic, the qualifications of veterinarians, and contact information.
2.2. Online Appointment Booking: Users can book an appointment with a veterinarian through the Website by filling out a special form. The User is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information for the booking. The company is not responsible for any delays or errors in booking due to incorrect information provided by the User.
2.3. Feedback Form and Callback Request: The Website allows users to submit requests via the feedback form or request a callback. The company strives to process all requests as quickly as possible but does not guarantee an immediate response or callback.
2.4. Online Store: Users can purchase veterinary services and digital products (such as e-books, video courses, and other materials) through the Website’s online store. To place an order, the User must provide accurate information for payment and service or product delivery.
2.5. Digital Products: All digital products available in the online store are accessible for immediate download or access after payment. Since digital products are intellectual property, refunds for their purchase are not provided, except in cases specified by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
3. Terms of Service Usage
3.1. Online Appointment Booking:
- To book an appointment with a veterinarian through the Website, the User must provide complete and accurate information, including surname, first name, contact details (phone number and email address), information about the pet requiring veterinary care (species, gender, and name), and the preferred appointment time.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel the appointment or change the appointment time in case of incorrect information, as well as if the appointment at the preferred time is not possible. The Company also reserves the right to limit access to this feature of the Website at any time without explanation.
- The User will be notified of the appointment confirmation via email or phone provided during registration.
3.2. Feedback Form Submission and Callback Request:
- The User must provide current contact information and a description of the question or request in the respective forms on the Website.
- The Company undertakes to review requests within a reasonable time but does not guarantee an immediate response.
- The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
3.3. Online Store:
- All orders placed through the online store are processed after full payment for the selected services or digital products is received.
- The User must provide accurate information for processing payments and receiving services.
- Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the Website. Once the payment is completed, the order is considered confirmed.
- The Company is not responsible for payment failures caused by third parties (banks, payment systems).
3.4. Digital Products:
- After payment for a digital product, the User gains access to download or use it. Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- In case of technical issues with accessing digital products, the User should contact technical support through the feedback form.
4. Personal Data and Its Processing
4.1. Collection of Personal Data: The Company collects and processes personal data provided by users while using the Website, including but not limited to: surname, first name, contact details (phone, email), and information about pets (species, gender, name), which is necessary for providing veterinary services.
4.2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data:
- To provide veterinary services, including online appointment booking.
- To communicate with users, including appointment confirmations, responses to requests via the feedback form, and callback requests.
- To process orders made through the online store.
- To improve the quality of services provided and the functionality of the Website.
4.3. Confidentiality of Personal Data: The Company commits to maintaining the confidentiality of users' personal data and will not disclose it to third parties, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Armenia or as necessary to fulfill the terms of this Agreement (for example, for payment processing).
4.4. Data Storage and Protection: The Company takes all necessary measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction.
4.5. User Consent: By using the Website, the User consents to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
4.6. User Rights:
- The User has the right to access their personal data, as well as to correct, delete, or update it.
- To exercise these rights, the User can contact the Company via the feedback form on the Website.
5. Responsibilities of the Parties
5.1. Company’s Responsibility:
- The Company is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions in the operation of the Website, or the inability to use the Website caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
- The Company is not responsible for errors caused by the incorrect use of the Website by users, including incorrect submission of data when booking appointments or placing orders.
- The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of using the information provided on the Website, including, but not limited to, using medical advice without consulting a veterinarian.
5.2. User’s Responsibility:
- The User is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the information provided when booking appointments, using feedback forms, requesting callbacks, and placing orders in the online store.
- The User is responsible for any actions taken on the Website on their behalf, including orders and the use of services.
- The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
5.3. Limitation of Liability:
The Company is not liable for delays in the provision of services if they are caused by third-party actions, technical malfunctions, or force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government orders, or other circumstances that could not have been foreseen or avoided.
6. Dispute Resolution Procedure
6.1. Negotiations:
All disputes and disagreements arising between the User and the Company in connection with the use of the Website must be resolved through negotiations. The parties agree to make every effort to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
6.2. Pre-Trial Resolution:
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the User must submit a written claim to the Company with a detailed description of the issue. The Company is obliged to review the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt.
6.3. Court Proceedings:
If the parties do not reach an agreement through negotiations or pre-trial resolution, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Armenia for consideration in accordance with applicable law.
6.4. Applicable Law:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any matters not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website and remains in effect until it is amended or terminated.
7.2. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Website. The User is responsible for independently monitoring such changes.
7.3. Continued use of the Website after changes to the Agreement are made is considered acceptance of the new terms by the User.
7.4. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under the applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
