2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the provision of veterinary services by the Service Provider for the Client's animals (hereinafter referred to as the "Patients") in accordance with the terms set forth in this Offer and in the "Standard Terms of Veterinary Services."
3. Standard Terms of Service
3.1. The Standard Terms of Veterinary Services regulate the procedure for providing veterinary services by the clinic "Shunn u Katun" (LLC "Vetmir") to pet owners. These terms are an integral part of the Agreement between the Clinic and the Client and are aimed at ensuring transparency and understanding of the key provisions for the provision of services. These terms cover all aspects of the interaction between the parties, ensuring clarity and certainty in the process of providing veterinary services. 4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide veterinary services in accordance with the clinic's work schedule and capabilities, as well as in compliance with veterinary standards, norms, and standard terms of veterinary services.
4.2. The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information about the Patient, follow the veterinarian's recommendations, make timely payments for the services rendered, and fully comply with the standard terms of veterinary services.
5. Acceptance and Conclusion of the Agreement
5.1. The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Client accepts the Offer, which is expressed by filling out the Client and Patient questionnaire.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to this Offer and the standard terms of veterinary services. Changes come into effect from the moment they are published on the Service Provider's website.

By accepting the Offer, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the terms set forth in this Offer, the standard terms of veterinary services, the rules for servicing clients and patients of the clinic, the personal data processing agreement, and the personal data processing policy.
