Pechenka's Story: From Pain to a New Life

Pechenka was one of our first patients, and her story will forever remain in the memory of our clinic. When we first saw her, she was a tiny, frightened puppy who couldn't even stand on her paws. As a stray puppy in Vanadzor, she got into trouble: a metal fence caused severe injuries to her hind legs. Her condition was critical. She lay on the ground, unable to move, when Vermishyan Armine and Nikolay Hovsepyan found her. They immediately brought her to our clinic, understanding that without urgent help, she would not survive.
Upon examination, it became clear that Pechenka had severe injuries to her hind legs, as well as numerous fleas and parasites. She had lost a lot of blood, and her chances of recovery seemed incredibly slim. However, we were not ready to give up. Our veterinarians performed a complex surgery to stitch up her wounds, after which a long and difficult recovery period began.
We fought for her life alongside her. Every day was a challenge — procedures, care from doctors, and Pechenka's own fight. She endured everything with incredible resilience. Day by day, Pechenka grew stronger, underwent treatment, and gradually recovered. After two months, she had gained strength and was ready for a new chapter in her life.
Thanks to the care and support of Vermishyan Armine, Pechenka received a ticket to a new life. Her journey to the United States was not easy, but upon arrival, she was welcomed by loving people who surrounded her with attention and affection from the very first day. Today, Pechenka lives a happy life, surrounded by love and care.
Pechenka's story is yet another reminder of how important it is to help those in need.
