We report on the autumn animal castration campaign in Armenia
2025-12-24 12:41
We’ve wrapped up one of the most important blocks of 2025 - we’ve completed our report on the spay/neuter program and launched an open-access animal database.
Why are we doing this? Because transparency is not a “nice bonus” - it’s the standard. We genuinely believe that every organization running spay/neuter programs should publish clear reports and open their data. Otherwise, trust rests on emotions. It should rest on facts.
And one more thing we want to highlight: this is the first open database of this format in Armenia for a spay/neuter program - with structured data and free access. Yes, we know it creates extra work. But it’s exactly the kind of work that builds trust in the entire field.
A huge thank you to our partners and sponsors - without your support, this level of structure and openness would not be possible.
By December 31, 2025, all of our partners will receive individual letters with an extended report - including detailed financial information and a complete photo and video archive from the campaign. For everyone else, we are publishing the shortened public version of the report and opening unlimited access to the database.
If you support the idea of doing things “the right way” - please share this post. The more openness we have in this field, the less room there is for rumors, and the more real help animals receive.
